Reservation required 24 hrs in advance. Check back for more tour dates. All tours require a reservation, and you'll need to book at least 24 hours in advance. On tours, I share what it's like raising bison, the history of our farm, and how Iowa geologic history and the history of bison have impacted Iowa's landscape. We'll also discuss how modern science is helping farmers understand soil health and regenerative agricultural principals, and what role bison play in that process on the farm. The tour starts at the farm store, then we head into our pastures to see the bison herd. Tours are $15 for adults, $10 for kids under 12 years. We accept cash, check, or Venmo. Privately scheduled tours, including schools and bus tours, require a 15 person minimum.
